Neurology & Neurodiagnostics LLC will continue to provide care via remote video and audio using RingCentral Video capabilities. You can use your smartphone, tablet, or computer to access your appointment. The device must have video and audio capabilities enabled.

Scheduling an appointment

Contact our office (407-250-3290) during business hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday and Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm to schedule a telemedicine appointment. A representative will guide you then on the easy steps required for your rapid access.

On appointment day

On the day of your appointment, you should receive an email with an invitation for you to connect with us. Is that simple – just click on the link to access. 

The first time you access RingCentral a download of the application will take just a few minutes. If you are tech-savvy downloading the RingCentral Meetings app from Play Store or App Store will save you time.

Insurance

Not all medical insurance carriers have moved to allow telemedicine and they can vary in what is needed prior to a visit and shared cost responsibility, so we encourage you to review with your medical insurance company if you have any doubts concerning medical insurance costs.
